Edgewood's ceremony spaces each have their own character. The North Lawn is expansive and open, ceremony chairs set against open sky and lake — it calls for an arch or chuppah that reads from a distance, something with dramatic height and loose, organic movement. The 17th Green, situated steps from the water's edge, is wilder in feeling, and suits a more foraged approach: locally grown dahlias, dried grasses, sculptural branches. The South Room Deck, where cocktail hour typically unfolds, catches the afternoon light in a way that makes warm-toned florals — dusty mauve, amber, terracotta — look like they were placed there by the landscape itself.

We source seasonally and locally wherever possible. For Tahoe-area weddings, that means leaning into what's actually growing — late summer brings an abundance of sunflowers, zinnias, and cosmos from farms in the Nevada County foothills; spring opens up ranunculus, sweet peas, and foraged branches. We bring what's real and in season combined with an editorial and artful aesthetic.

Edgewood is a full-weekend venue and many couples host rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, and morning-after brunches on property.
