ABOUT GolDEN florals

Golden Florals is a Lake Tahoe wedding florist and floral design studio serving couples across the Lake Tahoe basin, Incline Village, and the Sierra Nevada foothills. Founded by Brittany, an agronomist with a master's degree in agricultural science, Golden Flowers brings a rare depth of plant knowledge to the art of wedding floral design.

After training in floral design in Los Angeles and Paris, Brittany opened the studio to create the kind of Lake Tahoe wedding flowers that feel alive — bold, seasonal, and rooted in the landscape where your wedding will take place. What began as a dream to grow flowers became something more: a design studio built on the belief that your florals should look as wild and beautiful as the mountains around you.

About the farm

Growing peonies, ranunculus, dahlias, sweet peas, and more in the Sierra Nevada foothills means our Lake Tahoe wedding flowers are as fresh and local as it gets — harvested and designed for your celebration.

our story

A family of three stands together in a warmly decorated indoor space, smiling at the camera. The man has a beard and wears a black sweater, tan pants, and white sneakers. The woman has long dark hair and wears a white coat over dark clothing. The child has red hair, wears a black top, and is held by the man. The background features potted plants, flowers, and a brick wall.

We are family owned and operated and consider our employees family too. Our son entering this world prompted our relocation to the Sierra Nevadas, as we wanted to give him the luxury of growing up in a small town with a strong sense of community, surrounded by the beauty of nature

Brittany operates the design studio and farm and holds a master’s degree in agricultural science. Prior to operating Golden and The Farm, Brittany had a corporate career for over ten years as an agronomist who integrated sustainable agricultural products and production techniques into mainstream, big Ag throughout the world in Spain, Mexico, New Zealand and across the US. In that time she was always drawn to the thousands of different varieties and cultivars of fruits and veggies that come in different shapes, sizes and colors. Her love for agriculture shows in the way she farms and the flowers she chooses to grow and utilize for design

Our business runs with the support of our amazing group of designers who are artists in their own right, and Brittany’s mom who is always there for us

In our free time we can be found enjoying the gift that is life with each other, camping, visiting family, playing in rivers and lakes and catching a sunset
