These terms cover your use of goldenflorals.com. They are not your floral contract. If you book us, the signed proposal covers the work, and where that proposal and this page disagree, the proposal governs.
The wedding photographs on this site were made by the photographers credited on each wedding page and are published here with permission. The writing, the design and the arrangements pictured are ours. None of it is stock, and none of it is free to reuse.
You're welcome to share a link, or to save an image to a private inspiration board for your own wedding planning. You may not republish our photographs, use them in advertising, present our arrangements as your own work, or feed the site's content into a commercial dataset, without written permission. Ask us; the answer is often yes, and the photographer usually needs crediting either way.
Any figures on this site are there to give you a sense of what weddings like yours have cost. They are illustrations, not quotes, and they are not an offer. Flower prices move with the season, the market and the crop, and what your wedding costs depends on your design, your venue and your date.
Nothing on this site holds a date. A date is only yours once we've sent a proposal, you've signed it, and the retainer has cleared. Until then we may take another booking for that date.
When you send an inquiry, tell us the truth as best you know it, and don't send us anything you don't have the right to send, including images you don't own. Inspiration images you share with us are used to design your wedding, not published. How we handle what you send is covered in our Privacy Policy.
We link to venues, photographers and other vendors because we like their work. We don't control their sites and aren't responsible for what's on them.
We keep this site accurate and available, but we can't promise it is error-free, uninterrupted, or right about every detail at every moment: venues change their rules, seasons change what grows, and pages take time to catch up. The site is provided as-is, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from relying on it. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when we last did.
